AED’S SAVE LIVES
All Admission Proceeds are Donated to the Scholastic Sports Zone foundation. Any donations make a great impact on our community and potentially save lives.
MISSION STATEMENT
To provide all school athletic programs in Massachusetts with access to the best
health & safety equipment available through education programs and partnerships.
Scholastic Sports Zone Foundation donates Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to school athletic programs in Massachusetts in need. We also provide CPR/AED training and assist with setting up emergency action plans.
An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is used to rescue a person suffering from cardiac arrest. It’s an important tool to have on hand during practices and games if a child is not responsive, not breathing and does not have a pulse.
Every 3 days another young athlete in the United States dies from Sudden Cardiac Arrest. We along with numerous friends are certified trainer’s in First Aid, CPR & AED usage – we have taught classes throughout Central Ma and most importantly have placed 50 plus AED’s.
